All our arcade machines are made-to-order, which means we do not accept returns. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot offer refunds for any purchased machines.

If your arcade machine arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@arcadebros.co.uk. We may provide a replacement for faulty components or repair the item at no additional cost, depending on the issue.

Can I arrange my own courier for delivery?
Yes, you can arrange your own courier, but please note that you will assume all risk for loss or damage during transport. Arcade Bros accepts full liability for items transported via our chosen courier.
